Order and Shipping

Orders typically take 2-3 weeks to process due to the handmade nature of our products. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for shipping. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. We will send you a tracking number via email once your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not currently accept refunds or exchanges. All items are FINAL SALE.

In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item(s), please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item(s). In your email please include your name, order number as well as an image of the incorrect or damaged item(s) and we will gladly rectify the situation.

Order Cancellations

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations. Please ensure that all your details are correct prior to placing your order.
